6.1 Program Description & Opt-In
Users opt into our SMS program by checking the explicit consent box on our contact forms. By opting in, you authorize Kush Express Inc. to send text messages to the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any transportation services.
6.2 How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in response to any of our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
